NIGHT ONE
Thursday, August 13th
6:30-8:30pm
Night one of Create & Gather features a silent auction with over 30 pieces of local artwork.
The church will be filled not only with art, but also with live instrumental music, hors d’oeuvres, and a live painting exhibit by local artist, Dorothy Reaves.
The silent auction opens at 6:30pm, and closes at 8pm. Resurrection takes no commission of any sales, and 100% of the proceeds go to the artists.
This night is for both the art enthusiast and the art curious, and with a range of pieces from oil paintings, to pottery, to jewelry, there is a little bit of something for everyone.
NIGHT TWO
Friday, August 14th
6:30-9pm
Night two of Create & Gather features live performances from 8 local musicians, poets, & storytellers.
The doors open at 6:30pm, and the performances will start promptly at 7pm.
Our local performers will take the stage for the first half of the event, there will be a brief 15 minute intermission, and then we’ll be treated to a concert by Chickamauga native singer/songwriter & musician, Anthony Quails.
If you love live music and intimate performances, then this event is for you!

About Anthony Quails
Anthony Quails is our special guest artist who will be performing a concert for us for the second half of the evening on Friday, Aug. 14th.
Anthony Quails isn’t chasing fame — he’s chasing connection. A folk storyteller at heart, Anthony writes songs that reach for the quiet places in people — the moments of honesty, regret, hope, and grace that make us human. His music carries the warmth of belonging and the weight of truth, drawn from small-town roots and a deep reverence for stories that heal more than they impress.
